It is our goal to do whatever is necessary to ensure the safety and good health of all employees within the workplace to include going above and beyond the minimum requirements. We value safety as highly as quality and productivity.
Delivering a safe project starts long before the first worker sets foot on site. Employees are enrolled in pre-job training which covers job tasks, potential hazards, hazard mitigation, and safely plans specific to each job. Every project has a designated onsite safety supervisor, who conducts daily job walks to monitor all workers. All GMAN and subcontractor staff are fully trained and certified.
We work safely as a team so that all our employees get to return home to their families each night.
